Even if yours isn’t a high speed race, the constant round and round of your daily schedule makes you want to jump off every now and then. ...you race to catch the 7:00 train in order to arrive on time for the VIP Meeting. After locking your car, you notice the keys in the ignition and the engine still running! How fortunate the sunroof remains open! Should you attempt this tight maneuver? Yes. Options are limited. It worked! Sprinting to the platform, you board the approaching train. Moments later you awaken in realization that you fell asleep and just passed your station. After jumping another train, you arrive at the meeting with seconds to spare. The sign on the door reads: “Meeting is postponed until tomorrow.”

You experience a typical (okay, not typical, but sometimes it seems that way) day in my life! My day started out with me trying to start the lawn mower that refused to start. After not mowing my lawn, I had to have my four-year old’s chicken put to sleep. Then my 14-year old daughter fainted, face first into the coffee table, which required a trip to the hospital. In 100 words or less, write about that point in time when the course of your life resembles a high-speed roller coaster. You could relate a specific incident, a situation you find yourself involved in or simply all the tasks you must do in a day to make it from sunup to sundown. Let us know whatever it is in your life that makes you a Frantic Woman. Your entry should complete the open-ended statement, “You Know You’re a Frantic Woman When...”

Entries will be judged based upon uniqueness of content and expression.

Irresistible prizes will be awarded, including the Grand Prize, a Frantic Woman Pampering Basket. In addition, Runner Up and Frantic Mention Prizes will also be awarded. The winners will be posted on our Web site, www.franticwoman.com.

Contest closed to employees of FranticWoman.com and immediate families.

Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (EST) on November 13, 2001.
